Upon completing a profile on the Site and filling out the application, we will share your information with third-party service providers with whom you are matched. By accepting the Terms of Use, you agree to receive various marketing materials from our trusted third parties, including potential lenders and service providers.

6. Opting Out of Receiving Electronic Communications
If you no longer wish to receive promotional email communications from us, follow the instructions in Section 7 below.

These measures include industry-standard encryption, restricted administrative access, and other proprietary security methods. While we strive to ensure secure transmission of information, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable with information about the breach and any additional information needed to fulfill our obligations under breach notification laws.
